PART 2 – HOLIDAY VILLAGES

1. I have to take into consideration, they want to stay together, and they are 7 people.

The chalet must be near the coast but not on the cote d’azur.

1. The most suitable for the group is Laniac because it’s only 5 minutes’ walk away from the north Breton and they want to be near the coast. For the chalet, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

PART 3 – THE E-MAIL

I have the information, you asked me in the voice message.

I choose the Laniac chalet, it’s situated near to the port Saint-Pol-De-Léon in Brittany, the village is situated in a wooded private park and is built around a small lake, and only 5 minutes to walk away from the beautiful Breton coastline.

The Chalet can accommodate up to 8 people.

There are 2 bedrooms, with a big bed and 2 individuals bunk beds.

There are also, a bathroom with independent toilets, a dishwasher, a microwave, TV and a terrace with a garden lounge.

In the living room, they will have a fireplace and an equipped kitchen area.

There are many sporting activities both in the village.

You can rent VTT, play tennis, swimming in the pool or go to the gym.

Close to the village, you can practice windsurfing, sailing, fishing, archery, and horse riding.

For the nightlife, there are 2 restaurants, a self and a bar that becomes a discotheque after 11PM.

About the price:

01/04 to 30/06         78 euros by night

01/07 to 31/08        142 euros by night

01/09 to 15/11         65 euros by night

To pay on place: Tourist Tax: Around 1 euro per person/night

Caution: 200 euros/ accommodation

Kitchen and bathroom linen: 8 euros per person

End holiday cleaning: To do it yourself or 48 euros per accommodation

Supplementary cleaning: 17 euros/hours

It’s a really beautiful area for young people, who loves nature and sports.
