Part 1 : A message

1. She wants some details about the location of the chalet, the local region, and a description of the chalet. She also wants a list of sports and activities avaible in the village and the location of it, informations about the night life in the village and finally she wants to know a price to give it to her clients.

Part 2 : Holiday villages 

1. I need to take in consideration the size of the chalet, the chalet need te be suitable for seven people because they want to be in the same chalet. The chalet need to be on the French coast but not in the cote d’azur because they dont want to be in the cote d’azur.

1. The most suitable for the group is Laniac Holiday Village because the chalet is suitable for seven people. The chalet is near the north breton coastline only 5 minutes to walk and just near a lake. So it’s exaclty what they are looking for.

Part 3 : The e-mail

Hello,

I have more informtaions for you about the chalet and the village.

So the chalet is near a little lake , there are one living room and one kitchen in each chalet. The two rooms have one big bed , two simple bed and bunk. There is one bath room with WC, and all you need to cook plus one TV and a terrace with garden furniture.

In the village you have two restaurants, one self and one bar it change to night-club after 11pm. There are one gym hall and a heated pool.

You can rent some bicycles or practice tennis. You have other sports activities nearby.

The rates of the chalet :

From 1/04 to 30/06 it’s 78 euros by night

From 1/07 to 31/08 it’s 142 euros by night

From 1/09 to 15/11 it’s 65 euros by night

You must pay the tourist tax it’s 1 euro for one night for each. The bail is 200 euros for one chalet. You need to clean the chalet before to quit it or you need to pay 48 euros.

You can have some kitchen and bathroom linen for 8 euros per person.
