A myth is a story that may or may not be true. There may not be records or other proof that they happened, but at least some parts of myths may be true. Some myths may have started as ‘true’ stories but as people re-told them some parts may have been changed by mistake, or to make them more interesting. All cultures have myths and this mythology has been developed over time. Mythology includes the legends of our history, our religions, stories of how the world was created, and our heroes. These stories have great symbolic power, and this may be a major reason why they survive as long as they do, sometimes for thousands of years. A hero is a person who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. He can be the main character in a book or a film or a person with superhuman qualities. He can also be a modern-day hero, a person who has performed a heroic act or simply our own personal hero, our role model, who we look up to.people re-told them some parts may have been changed by mistake, or to make them more interesting. I am going to talk about the caracteristics of gothic fiction. Gothic literature is associated with romanticism. Gothic artists were fascinated by terror, mystery, the supernatural and wild landscapes. The main characters of gothic fiction include villains, vampires, werewolves, monsters, ghosts, skeletons and the devil.The atmosphere is oppresive, created by shadows,the moonlight in the dark or flickering candles. Suspense is created by sense of mystery,darkness,fear and doom. Major gothic writer include Mary Shelley, Edgar Allan poe, Bram stoker, robert louis Stevenson and Oscar Wilde.

Bram Stoker wrote the famous dracula fiction. More than the sense of narrative and mastery of suspense Stoker. It is the personality of the main character who founded the myth. Count Dracula , beyond the horror creature with supernatural powers , is above all a human being damned, an immortal, and it is this complex dimension that is its charm .

Indeed, Dracula is a monster but is also rejected by God , someone to fear but to complain.

This story takes place in Transylvania, where a young notary Johnatan Harker meets count Dracula. Very qucky, johnatan harker will learn that count dracula isn’t man..

I will now talk about the portrait of Dorian Gray. It's an Oscar Wilde novel. In summary, Dorian Gray met Lord Henry, a friend of Basil Hallward. Basil Hallward is a recognized painter who will paint the famous portrait of Doran Gray. Subsequently, Dorian gray expressed the wish that the painting aging in place in order to keep its beauty teenager
