  1. Client Service Framework

  1. Expressing interest in a project

The Company reserves the right to verify any and all information provided on an engagement a Consultant has expressed interest with. By applying to a project, the Consultant is attesting that they have the skills and ability to perform the requested Services by the deadline stated in the project posting.

  1. Information gathering with Client

The Client project job card will contain essential details regarding what the Company defines as immediate and essential knowledge and requirements the Client has shared for the engagement project. In order for the Team leader to assess the exact requirements of each engagements i.e. required support from Consultant database, timeframe and budget, Consultants are required to conduct a scoping meeting to define detailed information regarding the project. Reference is made to in the Guideline for Information Gathering.

  1. Scoping and Pricing

The Team leader is required to recommend the scope of the engagement based on the information gathered from the initial discussion with The Client. The Team leader is encouraged to specify and set deliverables which will form milestone work plan of the engagement.

The Company will recommend an engagement fee, team size and duration developed using our proprietary tool. The tool considers engagement deliverables, time factor and complexity parameters. The Team leader will have flexibility to modify or override the recommended fee and team size within set parameters to meet the desired cost and timeframe.

The Company reserves the right to review the rates and methodology underlying the calculation of the fee of the service contract. The change of fees will be notified to the Client one month in advance and will be effective from renewal date of the contract.  

The duration of the Contract Agreement is equal to the duration of the Contract to perform services as agreed between the Client and a consultant to deliver the services.

  1. Team Selection

The Company will take great consideration in evaluating the best fit Consultant for Client engagements where transparency is maintained throughout the selection process. We will make reasonable efforts in matching the optimal fit between the engagement requirement and availability of Consultants.

The Company will mediate the assignment between the Client and Consultants and facilitate meetings and seek the approval of the leader assignment by the Client. Once the Team Leader Consultant is assigned, he will take ownership of the engagement process.

The Company considers the most optimal delivery of engagements is utilised with a minimum of two Consultants on projects.

The Team leader may not select team members from outside the Company service database. We reserve the right to change team members in the event that a team member is not found to be suitable or there is any reason to believe the team member cannot complete the work, with the approval of the Client.

  1. Service Commencement

The Service Proposals are based on the engagement information gathered, scoping and pricing provided by the Consultant.

The Service Proposals are valid for two weeks, unless stated otherwise. As long as the offer has not resulted in a contract, the Company reserves the right to offer the available capacity elsewhere or to other Clients.
