Strengths

Application: easy to access for everyone using a smartphone

Commercial: The commission taken is not very high. Presence of a team to check employers' satisfaction and solve their problems

Organization: workers' rating system, possibility to keep only the best.

Technology: regular updating of the application, direct contact between employers and workers.

Weaknesses

Commercial: totally depends on the success of the application. Several competitors (Corner job, LinkedIn ...)

Financial resources: borrowing and personal investment.

Technology: development of a simple and effective application, hosting application and data of registered members. The use of an application may limit the services offered

Opportunities

The market: 10% unemployment in France, 8.8% in the Paris region. That's 3.8 (up to 6) millions potential members.

Competition: Few competitors use the same form of job offer as us. It's not the job seekers who pay but the companies that pay a commission. Proposal for a wide range of employment in a large number of sectors.

Threats

The market: All job seekers are not interested in short jobs.

Competition: Some competitors are already well established in the job market.

Legislation: French legislation does not promote employment
