  1. Executive summary :

RAHMANI Perfume is owned and established by me.

RAHMANI Perfume is a fragrance business that intends to be based in OUJDA, MOROCCO and established for the purpose of catering to clients that are both domestic and foreign in nature. We also intend to produce a variety of fragrances to cater to our teeming customers. Asides our products, we intend to offer consultancy services and franchises as well.

Our vision is to have our fragrance in every household and be the referral perfume production business in and around OUJDA, the whole MOROCCO and in extension the world.

Our mission is to ensure that we produce fragrances that not only exceed our domestic customer’s expectations but also intrigue the senses of our business customers and make them strive to build a sustainable relationship with us.

  1. Target market :

RAHMANI Perfume intends to deal in all sorts of fragrances for both sexes. We will ensure that we constantly carry out researches to make new rare fragrances that will stimulate the senses of our various clients.

Everyone wants to reek of a good fragrance, this is what stands them out and boosts their confidence as well, and so our target market will not be restricted to basically just a few people. We intend to produce fragrances for everyone who loves to smell good and even for those who want to try out fragrances that are adventurous.

Knowing how important it is to stand out in this market and be amongst the top leading brands, we have conducted a thorough market survey so as to know what will be required from us by our target market. Our target market includes:

  • Men;
  • Women;
  • Celebrities;
  • Business People;
  • Corporate Executives;
  • Sporting Personalities;
  • Students;
  • Perfume Line Businesses.

Some of our intended products and services are:

  • Production and sale of pure perfumes;
  • Production and sale of Eau de Parfum;
  • Production and sale of Eau de Toilette;
  • Production and sale of Eau de Cologne;
  • Business consultancy and advisory services;
  • Trainings;
  • Franchise.

Some potential future products might include custom made:

  • Body Lotions and Soaps can be available for label customization could be sold along with our perfume;
  • Offering bundles and gift packages creates great convenience to our customers shopping for gifts. These packages would consist of same scented lotions and soap.

  1. Competitors

As there are several companies producing perfumes (DIOR, Thierry Mugler, Lancome, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Yves Saint Laurent, Guerlain, Paco Rabanne, Chanel, Givenchy, Hermes ...) it is not easy to realize our vision to become a leading brand in MOROCCO. For this reason, we have developed several competitive advantage strategies that will allow us not only to compete favorably with our competitors in the same field, but also to achieve our goals and objectives.

One of our first competitive advantages is to ensure that we only employ people with the experience and ability to work in a perfume company. Our chemist, for example, would not only want to mix several scented essential oils to create a perfume, but also look for a mix of rare scents that matches the company's vision of offering its customers unique scents that intrigue the senses.

We intend to ensure that our customer service is second to none. We intend to employ professionals who not only have extensive knowledge of the fragrance industry, but also a caring ear and attention span to ensure the patience of all customers. Our customer service managers ensure that our customer database is always up-to-date. So, we can always send information to all our customers when needed.

Finally, we know the importance of technology at this age, so we want to ensure that our official website and social media platforms are active and engaging for our existing and potential customers.

  1. human resources

Human resources are the second most important element after financial resources, as they are able to grow the business or manage it in the field, regardless of the amount of start-up capital injected into the business. Finding skilled and experienced hands is therefore essential. This is something we intend to take seriously when we employ people to help us run the business.

Due to our extensive production plans and the services we intend to offer, we intend to employ several people who will perform the assigned tasks in order to ensure that the company will become one personality with whom it will be necessary to count. The corporate structure we intend to create for the RAHMANI Perfume is described below:

  • General manager;
  • Sales director;
  • Chemist;
  • Marketing Manager
  • Human resources;
  • Executive Customer Service;
  • Accountants;
  • Security guard;
  • Truck's driver.

We will employ the best professionals with the necessary experience to manage and grow the business. We intend to ensure that our professionals become the best in the industry by constantly offering them the training to upgrade their skills.

In addition, we know how important motivations are to motivate an employee. So we have social assistance programs in place to ensure that our employees get the best possible result. In addition to social assistance, we have an effective structure to ensure that deserving employees are promoted in a timely manner.

In the end, we know how important it is to acquire the best equipment that will ensure that production gives us optimal performance. Our maintenance team will be on site to constantly monitor our machines thoroughly and avoid major breakdowns.
