Cleaning the BU 600-800 machine

* If you don’t clean these parts, it can lead to direct damage to the machine.

*Remove all the candy under the turning roll. [pic 1]

*Also clean the axes (lollypop in /out) that are shifting in and out of the machine.

       And also check for build up candy on the back of the stick holder blocks.

Normal parts to clean.

Check if the top pushers are shifting smoothly, else clean whit water.

You can clean sealing head whit normal tap water

Clean the diaphragms with a steel brush.

Remove the turn plate, feeding disc and brushes.

Clean them al whit hot water.

Use air to dry these parts.

Clean surface under feeding disk

Don’t forget to clean the guide

Check if al the beaks holding the stick (lollypop), are opening and closing smoothly.

Clean the paper table whit a moist cloth.

When necessary take out the knife unit, and clean this part whit hot water.

In overall wash the machine with hot water.

It is possible to clean the machine whit running hot water.

Do not spray water direct on al the motors, named: servomotors, brush motors and main drive motor. Cover them whit a plastic bag when hosing dawn the machine.

And also do not put high-pressure water on the sealing head it will leak into the gear part.

Oil and Grease

Lubricate everyday whit oil.

Oil shafts lollypop in out.

Clean and then put minimum amount of oil.

Lubricate once every week whit grease.

Lollypop in /out curve behind the right door of the machine.

Wrapping head curve and gear.

To get to these parts open the wrapping head.

2 Greasing points near the air hose connection.
