Part 2 – Holiday villages

1. I am looking for the chalet that could accomodate the group of seven people, and this persons of our group want to stay together in the same chalet. Once the chalet is found I must pay attention to its localisation. Indeed, this group want to be near to the coast and they don’t want to be on the Côte d’Azur. I must also to research a place where there are water sports to do, because these are the first interests for the group.

2. The most suitable for the group is the Chanac, because in this place there are many water sports to do and it’s situated near the Côte d’Azur, near the beach. In this place the apartments could accomodate four to eight people. The other places can’t receive seven persons in their chalet. In my opinion Chanac is the best suitable for the group, because if we look good, the others can’t accomate up to 6 people, and some don’t offer water sports.

Part 3 – The e-mail

Dear Nicolas Smith

I write you because I would like to give you all information you need. I did the researchs about the chalet that corresponds the most to what your visitors were looking for.

Concerning the chalet I found for your group the Chanac holiday village. Indeed he’s situated in the Ardeche, it’s a region in France, and it’s near the Côte d’Azur so where there are many water sports to do. This chalet contains two rooms, in this chalet the group can stay together. Near the chalet there are many activitiesto do like the restaurant, bar, sports hall, swimming pool, bycycle, tennis and fishing…

Here are the prices for the seven people :

• From the 1st April to the 30th June, the stay costs 78 euros per night ;
• From the 1st July to the 31st August, the stay cost 142 euros per night ;
• From the 1st September to the 15th November, the stay cost 65 euros per night

The tourist tax is 1 euros per person, and the bail is 200 euros per household, the kitchen and bathroom it’s 8 euros per person and cleaning is 17 euros per hours.
