I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of my internship and who helped me in writing this report.

First of all, I would like to thank my teacher, Mr. Mokhtar  from SIST BRITISH UNIVERSITY who helped me a lot in my search for an internship and allowed me to apply for this job. His listening and advice allowed me to target my applications, and to find this internship which was in total adequacy with my expectations.

I would like to thank my supervisor, Mr. El Fareh, head of Service MDM, for his welcome, the time spent together and sharing his expertise on a daily basis. Thanks also to his confidence; I was able to fulfill my missions completely. He was a precious help in the most delicate moments.

I also thank all the team of Moroccan Citizens Worldwide for their welcome, their team spirit and in particular Mr.Rachki who helped me a lot to understand and learn many things.

About the organization:

Groupe Banque Centrale Populaire (BCPG) is shared and all inclusive money related Group that draws its quality from the uniqueness of its estimations of solidarity and commonality, values engraved on its association and its working, which are one of a kind in Morocco. BCPG is comprised of Banques Populaires Régionales (BPRs) that are co-agent in goal; the Banque Populaire, the focal body, which is a restricted risk organization recorded on Casablanca stock-trade; expert backups; establishments, banks and delegate workplaces abroad. Banque Populaires Régionales are co-agent in frame. CTN BP SHORE BACK OFFICE is one of the BCPs subsidiaries that ensures the delegated management of business processes, from the simplest to the most complex and offers a platform of quality products and services at optimized costs.

Their managing expertise in outsourcing financial services covers several activity areas: Domestic flow, Credits, Trade Finance, Savings & Accounts.

Moreover, it has a proven a methodology for analyzing, optimizing and outsourcing processes.

Their treatments meet all banking requirements and the best international standards: ISO Certification, Business Continuity Plan, Permanent Control, Process Mapping, and Operational Risk Mapping. (Unknown, 2018)

Trade Finance Department speaks to money related exercises identified with business and universal exchange.

Basic of project:

During this month at the CTN BP Shore Back office, I was able to approach the human aspect of an organization. This experience enabled me to appreciate the existing relationships between employees, their human qualities as well as their professional skills. Moreover, it helped me understand and learn many things in the trade finance department even if it was only an observation internship. First of all, they introduced me to their job, the tasks that need to be accomplished every day, then, the goals that they have to achieve at a certain time, and finally the procedure that they undertake.

I learned the whole process that a financial agent does, which entails dealing with the administrative procedures of the market transactions, carried out by the front office operators. Also, transaction recording and reporting. Plus constantly informing the customers concerned, while making the settlement and delivery of financial products and reporting transactions. The process involves a contact with many interlocutors (middle office, front office, customers).
