SPACES AND EXCHANGES

INTRODUCTION:

I am going to talk about the notion Spaces and exchanges. First of all, I would like to give a definition of this notion. Spaces and exchanges can be defined by the interaction between man and society. Humans always wanted to explore new spaces in the world. The world is based in some differences cultural, economic, language. With discover of new continents, many exchanges were born between countries. Firstly, I will talk about the situation between the recession to the boom and secondly from boom to the bust.

Firstly, in 1850, there was the crisis of potato famine in ireland and one million people emigrated mostly to America.(The Great Famine)

-Emigrant Journey, Bernard Canavan (Paint)

-Irish Youth Emigration (BBC report)

2/ from boom to bust

-Hustling to Find Classrooms For All in a Diverse Ireland, Kevin Sullivan. (Article)

-Save me from emigration (Poster)

CONCLUSION:

In 2008, there was a financial crisis in the world, a new wave of emigration.
