reasons that people work? Discuss one or more of these reasons

Nowadays, evry people need to earn money to live. There’s differents ways to make money, and there’s a lot of reasons to spend it. According to the purpose of each one, we can see that some peoples has differents reasons to work, like the prestige, the competition or the fun side of work... First we’ll present the first purpose of working, and in second the motivation of working.

Most of people work to earn money. They need it to survive, to fulfill their dreams, and in a less part to help others peoples. Money is really important by the time of crisis. Peoples wants to make economy, and spend the less to survive. But there’s others reasons to work, sometimes peoples don’t only looking for money, they seeking a new way of life.

By « way of life », i mean finding an other path to realise your objectives or your dreams. It’s relative to evry peoples, each one will find his cause, and each one will find his hapiness. Sometimes they choose to work for prestige, for competition, for the pleasure, and even for charity. Peoples find the motivation dayly, by others peoples, or simply because they love what they do. This vision of working, not evryone get it. It because sometimes peoples don’t get the choice to choose the work they want for many reasons.

But we hope they can find an other motor to motivate themselves to work instead of money, for the long-term it’ll be very exhausted for them.

To conclude, people work for many reasons, relative to evryone, but the most important thing is to be unattach of money, because if you work only for money, you’r going to be sad for the long term. Peoples who’s circle you will see your troubles, and you’ll probably won’t be able to help them.
