The carrying of arms in America, in addition to being a topical issue, is becoming a social and political problem. 30000 numbers of killed each year by a gun in America. The problem of weapons is very unstable. Here are some questions we will ask ourselves : What arguments can be used for or against the carrying of weapons ?  Are all Americans in favor of arms ?                                                                                                    

The American constitution was voted on 17 September of 1787, it contains 27 amendments. The 2nd amendment is the one that makes the carrying of arms legal. This  amendment guaranteed every American citizen the right to carry arms.

In the USA one of the most dangerous lobbies is the carrying of weapons. In 2014 more than 1000 people died because of this lobby. Barack Obama tried as best he could to try to create a law that restricts arms sales. But Obama's request has not been considered by Congress who is in charge of making this decision. The convention encourages the wearing of weapons by citizens and is supported by the NRA (National Rifle Association),which is a non-profit American civil rights organization, whose purpose is to promote firearms in the United States.

The video we saw, is an interview with a reporter (piers morgan) and a musician (Ted Nugen). Both have different opinions on carrying weapons. Ted the musician defends the argument to allow the possession of weapons by all citizens. He defends his point of view by saying that anyone who wants to disarm him will taste his weapon and be beaten. We can say that what he's saying is a threat . As for the journalist, he is against the carrying of weapons, he defends his point of view by saying that there is 80% of adults and children who die because of the freedom of carrying arms in the USA. Ted responds by saying that according to a study and statistics in the FBI report, and from the United Nations, 75-78% of these crimes are committed because corrupt judges release criminals knowing that the judicial system is failing, investigations do not succeed and they leave some process. He also defends his position by saying that more weapon equals less crime. He concludes by saying that he would like every American individual or citizen to be free to keep his weapon to defend himself.

Over the years there have been several laws that have been voted for and against firearms, including the Brady law that was passed in 1993 to limit the possession of firearms by former criminals and the law of Prevention of the use of firearms by children has been proposed several times at the Congress. About 300 million firearms are owned by private individuals in the United States. The United States remains a consumer-intensive country.
