PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY



I did my BTS Assistante Gestion PME-PMI with the Greta alternating with the Renault garage in Bernay.


Following a professional retraining, I had to opt for a profession more suited to my health.


I chose this line of business to return to studies that started when I was younger and had not finished.


The Renault garage was created in 1970 by M. Mennetrier. The company was bought by the Gueudet Group in 2013 and the  headquarter is in Deauville. 

Renault composed of a commercial administrative department and one for the workshop. There are 3 repairs services: mechanical, body and Renault minute service. Of course, there is a commercial service for the sale of new and used vehicles. The garage has a staff of 20 employees whose director is Monsieur Lesuffleur.


I do a lot of filing and archiving in addition to the tasks assigned to me. 

Every day, I manage the vehicle loan for customers whose own vehicle is being repaired: customer reception, copy of the driver’s license, loan form to be completed with the customer’s contact information. I must check the condition of the vehicle: general exterior and interior appearance, fuel level, mileage reading. Signature of the document by myself and then by the client. Upon return from vehicle, same checks and report any anomalies: scratches, lower fuel level, cracked windshield, etc. The garage has 12 vehicles under its belt. 

My project is based on quality: I followed the instructions of my workshop colleague, Ms. Leroux, and the director, M. Lesuffleur, to create a table to control the payment of vehicle loans through insurance or collateral that the client has. In Renault’s quality charter, the ex gratia loan is made to customers who cannot make their repairs under the guarantee or through insurance. 

This table allows the secretary to have an overview of the information without having to look through the papers that are in different places.


I implemented this process in February and the table was checked at the end of the month to see how much time and money was saved: this system saves him about 3 hours a month. Financially, she estimated that the garage lost at least €350. 

Ms. Leroux and M. Lesuffleur are satisfied with the results produced by my project.


I am currently looking for a job and I have already applied for places.
I had a pre-employment interview and I am waiting for an answer.
