NEGOCIATION

Paul Jones is a family business, founded in 1990 in London. Since then we have opened 8 shops in Europe, 2 in London, 3 in Italy, 2 in Germany and 1 in Spain. With a total turnover of 250 M£. We have as a project, the establishment of our brand in France through your company. To do this we will explain our current operation with our European shops.

In terms of delivery of our products, our delivery times are about 1 week to 10 days. We can also opt for express delivery that offers us 1 to 2 working days. 

For the supply of our items in store, delivery remains a standard postal delivery. The minimum number of items for delivery is 50 products.

Our conditions of sale are simple, you must at least align with our shop prices with a maximum amount of 15% more expensive.

We agree to be paid by cheque on delivery or bank transfer with a deadline of 15 days after receipt of your order (without acceptance of delay).

We produce a unique collection per season, with our best-sellers.We can agree on a partnership to create together a collection specific to your brand in addition to our standard products that will be sold in your shops.

On our seasonal collections, our brand will be notified on product labels.

While on partnerships, our name followed by “X” and then your name will be notified.

For the returns:

  • Each customer’s return of product can be made within 14 legal days after purchase
  • You must return only items that are new or have defects.
  • Items will be refunded within 10 days of our receipt
