In what way can we say that scientific breakthrough will redefine what Humanity is ?

Intro

In a world where scentific breakthroughs, such as cloning, trasplant, IVG, and CRISPR methods; hold the promise of redefine the Humanity. The first document that I will study is a graph which deal with is cloning considered morally acceptable. The second one is a magazine cover which represent a baby, and which question about the CRISPR methods for humanity. Finaly , the third document is an article from SCI-AM, of 2019 about the benefit of cloning but also the the negative effects of cloning . In what way can we say that scientific breakthrough will redefine what Humanity is ? To begin I will show several scientific breakthroughs that redefine Humanity. After, i will explain the different point of vue about this breakthrough in Western country.

 -First of all, thanks to this scientific breakthroughs, a lot of things have changed: for instance, scientists can edit genes to remove diseases, thanks to CRISPR methods. Moreover, the in-vitro fertilisation have gived the possibility of parents who could not have children, to have one, by themself.

Furthemore, in this article we can see that cloning can help in a lot of different problem, such as using cloning to bring back endengered species, to produce embryonic stem cells, and also help researchers to better understand early human embryogenesis ans stem cells biology.

- Nevertheless, we can see that their several point of vue about theses methods: In the united-states, the number of adults who think cloning animals is morally acceptable have increased and in 2018 it was about 40% . Whereas for humans it was only about 16%. But it’s also increased. So Even if cloning could help researchers to produce stem cells, and just better know about our body, Americans think that it not really acceptable.

On top of that, some parents, when they have a sick’s child, want an other baby just in case their first child couldnt survive. A lot of person thinks that it’s horrible to just have a baby to give his ogran to his sister/brother.

Morover, not everybody is for editing genes and modificate DNA, because it everybody will do it, everyone will be perfect and it wil non make sence. Because this methods was create just to take the chance of desease for a new-born

To conclude, We can say that for a few decades, scientific breakthroughs have redefined what Humanity is. For instance, CRISPR methods revolution the world of science, because we can editing genes, chnaged letters of the DNA. Also, In-Vitro fertilisation which allow parents who could not have children have the possiblity to finaly have one. However, there is an opposition of point of vue about scientific breakthroughs. Some people think that is it very positive but others don’t and think that morally it’s dont acceptable.
