I – Compréhension (177 words)

        Ce texte traite d’une évolution récente de la parité hommes / femmes au travail, plus particulièrement dans des postes importants.

En effet, le développement des activités économiques liées aux nouvelles technologies contribuent à une ascension des femmes dans le cadre professionnel.

Les principaux facteurs expliquant ces changements sont dues à la mondialisation et à une avancée rapide des technologies.De plus pour la première fois le niveau d’étude des femmes de 25 à 30 ans est supérieur à celui des hommes.

La présence des femmes dans des postes qualifiés s’explique également par leur maîtrise de la manipulation de l’information et leur capacité à résoudre les problèmes.

Les mesures prises par le gouvernement fédéral américain pour lutter contre la discrimination au travail favorisent également cette tendance à la parité, de la même façon que les entreprises ont adoptées des flexibilités supplémentaire pour les femmes.

Cependant, si la tendance à la parité augmente leurs revenues ne représente encore que 75 % de celui des hommes.

In my opinion, teleworking is a new word which appears in the 21st century, to define the remote work using new technologies, like computers equipped with an internet connection which make you able to communicate and work remotely.

        The emergence of teleworking is considered as a significant step into our society.

But to what extent is teleworking adapted to my professional activity?

Is it a danger? Or may it be a good way to increase our performances?

        My future activity sector should be communication.

It is a job in which you have to work as fast as possible and in which you can't waste your time. With this in mind, teleworking is may be a way to increase our Efficiency.

        Let us focus on the advantages and drawbacks for both the employer and the employee.

Telecommuting is objectively a good way to improve the speed at which the workers performed their tasks

Indeed, employees have better working conditions at home, which is not the case in their premises. But the drawbacks for both parts concern the spying attitude that this imply.

It’s seems to me troublesome to be spied on my home, furthermore, it would take time to my employer.
