Object: Trip cancellation

Dear Sir,

I received your e-mail concerning the cancellation of your booking from Morocco from September 11 to September 18, 2012 for 2 people.

Following the general conditions of our company, we were unable to reimburse your entire payment. Moreover, you have not subscribed to cancellation insurance. However, the fact that your cancellation has made between the 45th and the 30th day, only a 10% deduction will be levied.

Given the date of cancellation a fee of € 1560 will be applied. Note that the amount of membership is acquired by the association. You deposit from membership will not be refunded. We will return the rest of you refund within 3 weeks ahead.

We remain at your disposal for any question. Hoping see you for another trip as soon as possible.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I’ve been received your letter to visit our company. I regret to inform you that we don’t propose visit below 15 people. The visits of our property are exclusively in the morning due to the activities of our company which require a specific job.

In addition I can’t offer you a guide who speaks English, because it would require training our guide at this language.

I will be delighted to discuss these issues with you during a phone discussion as soon as next week.
