Dear colleagues, we are gathered today to present our new recommandations to our new Chief Executive whom we besides welcome at home!

Indeed, in front of difficulties met by our company since its diversification, we decided to react. To do it, we organized an agreement on the best way to become a great leader structured around several points (what I quote here is not exhaustive) that are the listening, the organization or still the working conditions.

For my part, I shall develop the aspects of listening, empathy and team spirit before my colleagues continue on the staying points.

Dear Ms Pett

You have to avoid limiting your vision to your only resentment, this way, you have to consider the working conditions of the employees by putting you in their place to try to make the decisions which there are the most favorable. Besides, it’s preferable to incite the employees to work on common missions to develop their team spirit, their cohesion in the work as well as their culture of the company and the common objectives. Pay attention in the complaints of the staff to satisfy the general interest is essential. I now hand over to my colleagues.

Organization, values and trust are basic knowledge important in your job.

To be efficient it's necessary to know how to get organized. For this, it's better to make a schedule per working day. A good management of time is the foundation of a good organization.

It’s not enough to be efficient in the work. Who you are as person it's very important.

Your professional and personal values are important and indispensable. What you think and feel is perceived and analyzed by the employees. Your values guide your acts. That’s why to be a great manager it's necessary to be a great person.

It’s indispensable that the employees trust in their manager. Belief in your skills and belief in your character.

Don’t forget to have moral values such as the self-respect and the others to win the respect for the employees.

It’s out of question to break the rules about working conditions of the employee. That’s why they have no other option you have to respect time of rest, time of break and time of meal so that he will be efficient.

An employer who does not stop criticizing an employee, without saying a “great” in case of progress, without saying a “good morning” for when you arrive at the work, which never takes its news, digs a gap between you and your employee. This distance is not good both for the employee and for you. It is thus, certainly of small attentions but that will put the employee in confidence.

In the working world, your goal is to see that the action taken leads to positive results for your organization. That is what leaders do. A good boss, is a great listener, an encourager, a communicator, courageous, having a sense of humor, empathetic, decisive, willing to take responsibility, humble and willing to share authority.

I hope that these recommendations will help you has to be the best
