2) In your own words, summarize the 12 Determinants of Health.

Income and social status: health and wellness upgrade each step of the health system. Higher-income means better opportunities to buy food and safe housing

Social support networks: people who have a good connection with family, community, and friends will have greater health. Someone who has a social support network can solve problems and deal with difficulties more thoroughly.

Education and literacy: health status upgrades the education levels. Education is connected to socioeconomic status, providing successful education for children and adults can make a good impact on their health and prosperity.

Employment and working conditions: poor health is underemployment, and layoffs are stressful which is risky.

Social environments: things that will avoid poor health is social stability, fine working relations, safety, identification of diversity, communication community which supplies support

Physical environments: pollution in our air, water and soil can cause bad health effects. Our physical and physiological well-being can be affected by the quality of indoor air, transportation and designs of communities.

Personal health practices and coping skills: taking care of yourself can prevent disease, encourage self-care and manage with challenges and grow on self-sufficiency. The thing to avoid alcohol, tobacco, and other toxins, by eating well and not do risky activities such as drinking driving

Biology and genetic endowment: the controls of a human body make up of basic biology and organic is a major key.

Healthy child development: experiences of trauma can have an effect on a child's brain development, education, and health. A young child's development can be affected by anything such as family income, housing situation, access to food, parent's education, physical activity, access to medical and dental care.
