To : Sports Club Executive

        After the club won the lottery, we asked questions to the club’s members to see what new facilities they would be interested in in the club. So I am writing to you this report based on the answers we received.

        To begin with, we know that the sum of 100,000 euros in the lottery funding is the budget that will allow us to improve the club with these projects. So that you can make your choice more easily, I will explain to you step by step the ideas that most people have come up with in this survey. So I gathered the ideas with their pros and cons and with the price it would cost the club.

After the study I would have done on each project, I would give you my opinion to help you in the development of the club now that it has grown nationally.

        As I told you earlier in this report, I will now present to you each idea requested by the club members :

—> An all-weather sports pitch with floodlights (60k) :

        - Pros : this field would therefore allow you to practice without having to worry about the     temperature, the weather or changing the training schedules if it is dark.

        - Cons : Its price is high and will not allow us to practice all the sports we offer in the club.

—> Renovate the changing rooms, including adding steam rooms (30K) :

        - Pros : since the club was founded 15 years ago, the changing rooms have been damaged and not bathrooms for players to shower in and add steam rooms could allow our players to relax after big sessions or competitions.

        - Cons : this may not be the most important point to improve so that the club grows more because people would certainly prefer to see improvements that focus on their sport.

—> An athletic track with a physiotherapy center (60K) :

        - Pros : this track would allow footballers to run in better conditions because ours is too small to enrich our conquests with victories and performances in major competitions. For the physio centre, it is important to set up because our club is much more focused on football and our rise to national level requires us to be irreproachable about the health of players who therefore become professionals. It could attract people to come to this club and why not allow us to develop a training centre in the future if the results are there.

        - Cons : this project is expensive because it costs 60k euros, there are new staff to be supported by the company and there will be a lot of health checks and risks of going down to amateur level if there are problems at the time of the checks.

—> Up-grade the Gym (30k) :

        - Pros : new gym equipment in order to have design equipment and with the new damping materials that exist.

        - Cons : the equipment already present is still in very good quality and in the required standards so that it is not dangerous to practice. So that's not the most important thing right now.
