What are the links between internet and the globalization?
The globalization is the intensification of interdependence between the nations oh the world, activities and political systems. We may ask ourselves to what are the links between internet and the globalization. First I will consider that internet allows social exchanges, secondly I will talk about the commercial exchanges and finally I will explain the advantages and drawbacks of internet.
I-internet allows social exchanges
Internet allows social exchanges indeed internet is a virtual place were anyone can interact with someone on the other side of the world. People with the same ideologies can discuss about it even if they aren't in the same country, which can sometimes create overflow, like for example flash looting as a result of a signal launched on social network, demonstration of considerable scale took place causing most of the time violence in the processions. But internet which allows propagation of ideas can also be the cause of migrations. By learning on internet an individual can realize that the situation in his country isn't normal, and that, not so far, the life seems more peaceful.
II- internet allows commercial exchanges
Internet is a virtual place, it cover almost the entire planet, it allowed to develop new forms of commerce. It can help charities, or with the spread of online commerce it can allow us to do shopping without having to leave the couch.
III- advantages and drawbacks of internet
Only, internet, is not accessible worldwide, in some countries it is too expensive for a household, so it increased the inequalities between individuals in some countries. But, it can make it possible to make encounters, certainly that can be considered dangerous for discover this new world, they can be beneficial for misunderstood people by their entourage.
to close, we can say that the Internet is a tool of globalization, because it allows the greatest number of people to open up to the world without even having to stand up. It has allowed an increase in world trade, therefore the development of a new economy, but, still too costly, it is not accessible for everyone at the moment.
