Silicon Valley is characterized by specific ingredients: brilliant scientists, high-risk businesses, rapid success or failure, job mobility, and informal behavior.

I)Silicon Valley is useful to cure people

Nowadays, Silicon Valley is useful to cure people. Indeed, big tech companies like Goggle have developed nanoparticles which could detect diseases faster as today. To achieve this, the American company want to put these nanoparticles in the blood. With these nanoparticles, we will soon be able to find diseases faster as today and to cure them. In 2030, cancer will not have disappeared, but it won’t kill.  

II)Companies trying to keep innovation going

First company

I would like to present you a start-up which is called Sprig. According to its founders, Sprig is the “easiest way to eat healthy in the world”. It’s a on-demand fresh-food delivery service that launched in November 2013. It offers three meal options daily and aims to deliver the food in 15 minutes.

It’s a very good idea, because it can stand in the way Fast Food and in the long term, it will maybe lower obesity.

Second company:

Tesla is a company which is making electric cars. Electric cars are good for the environment because with them, there are less CO2 in the atmosphere. In 2030, there will be 7 million points of charge for electric cars.

It’s a very good idea because it can reduce pollution and global warming.

 To conclude, I think that new technologies help us to cure people, to produce more food, to reduce pollution, to facilitate communication or transportation. So, we can say that Silicon Valley is making the world a better place.
