                  Dystopia

Dystopia mean a fictional story that describe dark fantasy world, but it also used in science fiction. The real question is “What is dystopia?”

So dystopia is made up of a society that is both post-apocalyptic based, but dystopia also shows a narrative form, danger of an idea, by clearly opposing the imagination, it warns against ideals, whose consequences could be catastrophic.

Therefore, I chose the theme of dystopia, because with this theme we can ask ourselves several questions as: “Will this really gone happen?”

So, as it is my question, I will answer it. In the book “Children of men” the futuristic society where he lived could no longer reproduce, but one day the population was in shock after learning that an 18-year-old person (thus the youngest person) has died. At the same time they learned of a women’s pregnancy, Wich hasn’t happened for 20years. Which makes her the most wanted person in the world, so the fact that a man is in charge of her protection. Wich leads to a conclusion that we cannot answer, because it is quite likely but if it really happens, what will we do?

1984: is a dystopian written by George Orwell, it is about the life of Winston smith, an inferior member of the “Party”, who is frustrated by the omnipresent eye of the party, and its sinister leader Big Brother.                                                       Big Brother control all the slightest act and gesture of everybody lives. So, he invented a “Newspeak” language with the aim of eliminating political rebellion completely. The party controls what people read, speak, say and do with threats that if they disobey, they will be sent into room 101 as a quick punishment.

Orwell effectively explores themes of mass media control, government surveillance, totalitarianism, and how a dictator can manipulate and control history, thoughts, and lives in ways that no one can escape.

Problematic: “Children of men” Why do they all want to catch the woman? Because she is the only woman in 20 years who is pregnant. So she is the most research person in the world. “1984”: Why did they invented a newspeak? He invented a newspeak because Big Brother control all the slightest act and gesture of everybody lives.

Resume: In the text “Children of Men” we can see that  the whole world envy the woman to the point of looking for her in all the world expect that the authorities have given her reinforcements to keep her protection. In the text “1984”, Big Brother invented a newspeak language in order to eliminate political rebellion.

Conclusion: For me Children of men is most interesting to know that it is the only person who has managed to get pregnant it is a feat.
