ROLE PLAY

You are the National Farmers’ Union President, Ms Paula Kendall/ MrPter Kendall (A). You are concerned about the future of British farmers and British consumers.

You talk to the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Ms Jane Paterson/ Mr Owen Paterson (B) to let her/him know that measures should be taken to bring a better standard of living to farmers, and lower prices to British consumers but not at the expense of farmers.

Here are arguments you can use

A fair deal for farmers/ to produce dose to home/ to maintain transparency/ consumers must be more demanding/ supermarkets should not buy the cheapest products abroad.

4eme etape: justifier votre positionnement choisi grâce à des preuves tangible.

Avant de commercialiser le pdt à l’export il faut définir une segmentation et un ciblage.

L’E peut opter entre une act° offensive ou défensive pour faire face av succès aux forces de la concurrence et générer un niveau élevé de rentabilité. Pour Porter il faut croiser 2aspects de l’environnement concurrentiel:

le positionnement prix/pdt

la cible (marché global, niche ou segment)

4type d’avantages concurrentiel seront étudié:

Le leadership par les coûts (battre les concurrents par le prix)

La stratégie de différenciation (cs devenir unique sur sn marché en générale)

La concentration cs concentré ses ressources pour être le mur producteur à bas prix sur un segment déterminé

La focalisation/ spécialisation ciblage sur un marché niche
