Probation report

It was in 1953 that the first automatic door agta Record Group has emerged, thanks to the engineer HH.BUNZL Switzerland. Today it is one of the major players in the global market and has an extensive network covering a large part of the territory. Indeed, it ensures the sale, manufacture, installation and maintenance of automatic doors. I'll show you the missions I made company, which break down into several part: The purpose, the issues, the lens, and the implementation of the project.

I did my first month in the RECORD training center based in BLERE during 5 weeks.

Its activity consists on automatic doors professionals to learn how to install automatic door.

There are 50 employees in the firm. My internship mentor was the director régional.

The atmosphere in the office is very friendly, all the staff is very nice and helpful.

I carried out several tasks such as the welcome of the visitors, the implementation of a procedure of recruitment.

I have to send letters to customers whose have not contrat of maintenace.

And finally, I have realized tables with Excel in order to analyze the costs of canteen because my responsible noticed that the automatic door of maintenance.

In conclusion, I found this internship very interesting. It enabled me to become more autonomous, to have the sense of responsibilities and the sense of organization.

My main activities:

Negotiation - Sales

• Preparation of negotiation by gathering and analyzing information

• Selection and implementation of a process of negotiation and plan individualized sales

• Developing, with the client, a commercial solution
