Work-experience in photography

I. Intro

Before my work-experience in photography, I’ve never seen any photographer so I knew nothing of this job, but this job would be so interesting to me and I would like to discover this lovely world! On top of that, I had many questions about this job: is it made for me? Maybe I can doing this job in the future? Isn’t it difficult? What is the formation? What do we do in this job? ...
So, every since I was twelve years old, photography was my big passion, so I jumped at the occasion to discover this amazing job!

I found this work-experience thanks to my father, because Thierry Dugas, « my manager » is a friend and my old sister, when she was in tenth grade, did a work-experience there, so I said « perfect » and I asked to do the same work-experience (and the boss has accepted to welcome me).

Before this job, I would have liked to see if I would do this job later, I would have liked to discover the professional world and to take advantage of different information about photography and the photography in hitself. I’d also like to learn as many as I can.

I thank my father who helped me to find this work experience, I also thank the people who welcomed me during this week and specially Thierry Dugas for the good time I had in the company Photo Dugas.  

II. Développement

Existe depuis 20 ans

Saint Genis Laval 60 m2 -> patron et employé

Brignais 32 m2 ->   patron et employé

Studio 80 m2 -> patron

patron/2 employés/aucun délégué/1 cabinet comptable hors entreprise

secteurs activités : retouche, faireparts, montre, portrait et identité, photo de personne et de produit d’entreprise et pub, photo scolaire

peu de concurrence : moins de photographe et petites villes SAUF Auchan

très réputé (longtemps, ils vivent a Brignais, accueil très chaleureux)

pas de projet/ continuer photo classe rapporte le + argent

250 000 à 300 000 euros par an.

III/ Conclusion

A/ compétence :

1) sens technique

-Formation photographie et chimie et information (bac +2 minimum)

-se former en permanence pour connaître materiaux nouveau

2) sens de capacité

-talent (technique photographique) et créativité primordiale

- bien gérer argent

2) sens relationel:

-Sociable pour accueil de clients et souriant et a son aise

-savoir conseillé

-etre en equipe ou encadrer pour patron

B/ metiers :

-photographe pcq passionnant/jamis pareil/varié (paysage, portrait, scolaire etc)/tout un art/beau d’immortaliser un instant dans une vie/tres beau metier/social

-technique avec logiciel retouche/creativité

C/bilan perso : tres heureuse

adapté à ma personnalité/ aimé découvrir le commerce/ contact avec la clientèle qui m’a beaucoup marquée/ pouvoir me mettre dans la peau d’un salarié de cette industrie
