No one can deny that Working hard is a good thing, it improves our skills and also our professional career. But to ensure its continuity it is necessary to take vacations in order to relax, so we will see in my presentation why it is important for workers and companies to take holidays.

vacation gives workers around the world a chance to Take time away from the stresses of work and daily life, it can also improve our health, motivation, job performance, and perspective and give us the break we need to return to our lives and jobs refreshed and better equipped to handle whatever comes.

Besides, it Improved Sleep, workers are more focused and more productive. They have more energy at work. Vacations improve overall sleep quality. Especially daily transport problem and boring meeting poses an obstacle for many workers.

instead of having a wonderful vacation, in America, they spend their vacations in stress on the roads looking for places to go which is difficult due to congested traffic and crowded airports, also in Europe, where all workers take holidays at the same time in august so even those people who are in the office can enjoy not working because their customers are on a break

In holidays, companies try to put someone able to manage crisis in order to avoid calling other workers who enjoy their vacation. Also, senior managers take this as opportunity to validate the importance of each of their workers if it represents a surplus for the company or not.

To sum up, although all this drawback of work it still a blessing that only the unemployed know its value.

In my second part I will develop the idea presented before about the benefits of vacation;

On the one hand, Happiness I mean Vacations make people happy, and as the saying goes, happy workers are productive workers!

On the other hand, Work-Life Balance Improves which means
Vacations improve work-life balance, as you give this time to your family, yourself and your friend, rather than to your employer. This is perhaps the most important benefit offered by using vacation time.

AND since all companies knows the value of taking vacation, I can take an example of

A growing number of Canadian companies are providing employees holiday time by helping staff pay for vacations also Netflix Offers Workers Unlimited Vacation,

but “Take it if you dare”, I know companies that say this, but put so much pressure and work on you that you end up taking way less vacation than if the company gave you 4-5weeks and made it a requirement that you actually take those vacation days
