Training Period

I have chosen for my oral exam, my training period at Sobefi immobilier because it was my favorite.

THE COMPANIES

Sobefi immobilier is located at 7 rue de la Clinique 97490 in sainte-clotilde in the north of Reunion island. They sell houses and rent flats in the north and the east, in Sainte-Clotilde, Saint-Denis, Saint- benoit, Saint-André. There are 2 personal assistants, Elisemy BOYER and Marie-Rose MONTUSCLAT and 3 salesmen, David CLAIN, Aurélien RABEUX and Pascal GRONDIN.

ACTIVITIES

I began to work at nine O’clock and I finished at noon.

In the afternoon, I began at two o’clock and finished at half past five.

I had my desk, there was my computer, the book for messages, the book for received letters, I had to welcome people and there sing a button to open the door under the desk.

In the company, I did many tasks like sending E-mails for answering customers, I printed documents for creating a file for customers.

I called customers for paid they rent and I answering telephone, when the customers search a house, I transferred the call to salesman.

I wrote texts for Madam BEGUE and I sent letters, registered documents, took messages for salesmen and I transferred the messages by e-mail to salesman…

I answered E-mails. My tutor helped me for fill to receipt, on the receipt, I wrote the name of clients, the amount of rent, the address of flat, the date, the lacation and I put the stamp of the company

MY IMPRESSIONS

There was difficult because I didn’t know what do at first, like registering messages, I didn’t know what to say, I transferred the call to the personal assistant, sometimes I forgot to take the phone number of customers.

I had a training period in 2 agencies, Sobefi is big than Immobiliere des Tamarins. There are more employees, and more houses, flats but I had luck in immobiliere des Tamarins because I did visited a flat at customers and there was more nearer my house.

My DREAM

Later, I would like to be a salesgirl or a business girl, I have some knowledge in the job of salesgirl and I like very much communication I have also qualification in selling since 2010, got in this school.

ADVANTAGE

Now, I can call clients, I can answer the phone, take messages and transfer a call in any companies, I adapt quickly to staff.
