Subject: Information about Sponsoring Fundraising Campaign  

We are interested in sponsoring a one-week, televised, fundraising campaign to benefit the Children’s Wish Foundation. We would appreciate if you could send us some information for that event.

For the rental serval services, we would need the following information:

• Stage light
• Stage design
• Sound equipment
• Special effects

We would like to have technical staff to organize and run this event and know how far In advance all this must be ordered. For that we need the following information in short: what is the cost? Is the deposit required?

We would also need more details about the following list:

• Price
• Availability
• Additional costs for various sorts of music

In addition, we are interested in well-known talent because this event is close to our heart and we want it to be special. We think that songs based on animated songs will appeal to the children. Personally, when we were kid, we used to listen to animated songs like the animated songs. We enjoyed it a lot. Our favorite song was «Les trois petit bonhommes qui dancent ».When we came from school, we would put on the radio and tune that song on. We would get all excited and start to dance all around and make noises. Then, our older sister would come on and start yelling at us because we were making a lot of for that reason. Also, she would get mad because she was tired of hearing that song over and over again. We think other types of variety such as Disney or Movies based performers would appeal more to the children.

Thus, we contacted competitive entertainment agencies in the Halifax area. Many agencies offered us special discount because this is a fundraising event. We would offer you some great surprises if you come to our show. First, we would give you a free food after the event for the whole crew. We will give u gifts for the whole team for their performance. Gifts could be Disney tickets, 500 $ prices and many more. We will make a drawing and you can have a chance to win amazing surprises.

We would appreciate if you could send all those information before November 20, because we must submit a budget proposal to our supervisor.
