1. INTRODUCTION

I have been preparing High Technicien Degree in Negotiation and business relationship since August 28, 2017

1. BUSINESS PRESENTATION

I am currently an apprentice with MGP. The company was created in 1960.

The head office is located in Créteil in Paris.  I work in one of the 20 agencies in France. We market specialized mutual insurance contracts for police officers.

I can not give you the turnover because I'm not allowed. Our main competitor is Interiale.

1. PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE

The specific tasks entrusted to me by the company on a day-to-day basis are the welcoming of clients, the production of quotations, prospect prospecting, developing members loyalty.

Everyday, I use Microsoft word, my mobile phone, Outlook,Internet and They’s intranet.

I have not encountered any particular problems.

1. ANALYZE HIS PROFESIONNAL EXPERIENCE

Since my arrival I have signed fifteen contracts which count double for the challenge.

I could almost reach the goal of the challenge which was 35.

I have acquired a new client management software.

This CRM software seemed to me very simple because before I worked on the URSSAF as a remote advisor and the software was very complicated.

My professional project aims to make our customers aware of their member space by organizing open days and personalized appointments to help them create their space and navigation.

1. CONCLUSION

In the future I would like to become a sales rap in beauty products
because before being here I was in High Technician Degree and I pass this examination in June 2018.  I would like to become a beautician at home.
