Thème personnel d’anglais : Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Good morning. Today, I’m going to present my personal theme : Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

He was born in January 27, 1756 in Salzburg. His father, Leopold Mozart, supported his musical education. He was conductor at the court of the Archbishop of Salzburg, violinist and composer.

From the age of six, Mozart shows exceptional gifts for pianoforte (the ancestor of the piano) and for the violin. He astonished by his ability to improvise and read sheet music.

Decorated by the pope in the order of the Golden Spur, he was appointed concertmaster to the archbishop of Salzburg in 1769. In 1770, he was commissioned his first opera. This opera created in Milan assured Mozart a international success as a composer.

Mozart was marked by the arrogance of the aristocrats and lived the death of his mother in Paris as an intimate drama. The return to Salzburg en 1779 ended the darkest period of the composer's life. Mozart, because of his musical maturity, invented a particular style and began to exploit new musical means.

Mozart inspired by the fashionable turqueries composed **L'Enlèvement au sérail** in 1782, year when he married with Constanze Weber. In collaboration with Lorenzo Da Ponte, Mozart could finally give the full measure of his talent with operas as the wedding of Figaro (1786), Don Juan (1787) and soon. One more time, love is a topic developed in his operas.

One day, Mozart received the visit of a man dressed in black who commanded him a requiem. He left unfinished this ultimate and dark work before dying in Vienna in December 5, 1791.

To conclude, his prematured death has not prevented Mozart from becoming one of the most famous musicians of the world. The importance quantitative and qualitative of his music demonstrated big power of imagination and this, from the earliest age. He composed with an amazing ease and often without correcting his scores, his first intuition was always the best.
