The first voice in the text is Jane’s voice because she uses the pronoun I to talk about her life, it’s an homodiegetic narrator

The second part is Jane’s voice she is addressing to the narratee, it’s an homodiegetic narrator

5) in this passage we can see an Internal focalization because the scene is perceived through the eyes of the character , the character is the focalizer, it’s an limited view

6)   Eyre she describes events as she experienced them and occasionally slips into present tense. Jane describes: “The coach is a mile off by this time; I am alone.” The sudden switch to present tense creates a jarring impression, which reflects Jane’s agonized mental state.  The reader can also interpret this switch as Jane reliving traumatic events, emphasizing their lasting impact; she still remembers what she felt like after leaving Rochester. We can see Jane's desire for independence, we can also see humanity by what she saw, she feel alone, she is sad.
