Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

I am Alex Durand, assistant to Mrs. Chantal Ferrier, Product Director for La Française des Cosmétiques.

I am writing to you because my boss has to go to London for a week, from June 22 to 26, 2020 in order to carry out a training seminar on the products that she will be hosting.

Knowing the indisputable reputation of your establishment, the Pullman Saint Pancras Hotel, we are sure that Mrs. Ferrier and all the participants of this seminar will have a pleasant stay.

In order for this, I would like to reserve, for Mrs. Ferrier, a single room with double bed and breakfast included for the period from June 22 to June 26, 2020.

I would also like to book a meeting room with a capacity of 12 people at least from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the duration of this seminar, which must have laptops, flipchart, quite fast and functional internet connection and a large screen.

It would also be desirable that the participants of the seminar can benefit for each of their training days a delivery of meal trays for lunch (you will find attached of this email the list of participants and the order of meal trays).

In order that the organization of this seminar is completed as soon as possible, thank you kindly send me as soon as possible by e-mail (on my address a.durand@francaise.cosmetiques.paris.fr) a detailed estimate including all the services desired and indicated in this e-mail, as soon as possible a confirmation of each of these reservations.
