Donoghue vs Stevenson Video

In August of nineteen twenty eight (1928), Mae Donahue and a friend decided to visit the well meadow cafe in Paisley for apparent ice and in the case of Mae Donahue an ice dream and bottle of ginger beer, but when her friend bought Mae Donahue that bottle of ginger beer the transaction and it’s aftermath formed the basis of one the most celebrated and important scottish cases in world legal history. This marks an important even in the development of customer law and Mrs Donahue receives compensation, the court decided that the manufactured owe a duty of care to people consuming it protected the main principle decided was that of being neighbour at law as strict in legal term, this mean that is a invisible but obvious link between the producer and customer.

 The court in Edinburgh was making decisions wich was very important it was establishing principles of law elucidating of law and that infomation about what itw as doing what decisions  were making had get out of there to the general public had to get out there to the lawyers.
