Hello, everyone, today we are going to give a presentation on our brand, IFOOD, here are our group members, I’m Wanquan Zhou, and this is Junying Zhang, this is Shuijian Zhang.

PPT 2:

Firstly, here comes our elevator pitch and product introduction. I-FOOD is a New York based Asian food services platform. We will deliver from the great authentic Asian restaurant to our customer through our official website and mobile. We are going to offer services more than delivery, but also will fully develop our online platform and off line services. On I-FOOD, there are Authentic Asian restaurants in NYC and list that customer could easily reach the most popular, recommended or newest restaurants. I-FOOD have its own tableware that improves the environment of eating. Our order minimum will be $80, We will delivery to Manhattan, Long island.

In this way, we want to fill the market for authentic Asian food serving platform. We think our great Asian food could attract a lot people especially for foodies, who love to explore the authentic taste and would enjoy a nice meal at home.

PPT 3:

For the situation analysis, we are going to start from the internal situation, for nowadays, our current objectives are making more merchant to our platform and making the platform become more diversified. Then increase our platform’s awareness to make more people use our platform. For our current marketing strategies, we can see that, Chinese food always give people the simple impression. For example, a plastic box with fried rice or soup noodles or so on. That’s just what we are going to do, we are going to change this perception, our platform’s food will use high quality box with diversification of food, to totally change people’s understanding of Chinese food. We are going to use this way to expand our market, in order to attract more people. At the same time, our existed competitors are mainly Deliveroo, postmates, Uber eats and delivery.com. We will try to learn more about their success strategies to improve our services and also try to avoid their weaknesses.

For external situation analysis, our marco trends nowadays are using technology like online platform, mobile apps and individual GPS. Our target demographics are becoming more and more international, they are just the international students come to New York with middle to high family income background, living under a diverse and fast speed culture. At the same time, as the globalization, people’s flavor of food is changing, dining out and online delivery has become a common part of life to enjoy a better and diverse taste, especially there are huge amount of new Asian restaurant recently just open. With a growing number of millenarians and more and more appeared tasty food, food delivery has become a popular trend of ordering. Also, people nowadays are living under fast speed, therefore, ordering food delivery has become the most common way to save time and to enjoy a good meal. People's life is going to be more diversity and more people are willing to try different kinds food.

Here is some information about the SWOT analysis, for the strengths, it is really a convenience access to Asian food, our site and app could provide the best and easy way to buy truly authentic Asian food to different places. Secondly, it is a fast delivery food, the customer could order lunch and dinner directly from our web or app, our delivery team will send to you the fast way to provide your meal. Thirdly, there is an easy access by Mobile Apps, when you at work and other places, you could order the best recommend Chinese food to your door with our website and apps and we could solve the problem of paying cash only restaurant.
