Notion : Places and forms of power

First, I’m going to talk about the cost of university. Everybody know that we have a lot of chance because in France, going to

university is free, you only need to the tuition fees. However, in the United States and in Great Britain it’s different: the cost of studying at a university is high. The money is used to pay teachers, researchers, to have more and better teachers and to have a state of the art facilities like labs, computers, stadium, books…

I saw a video that deal with this topic but in the students’s point of view. It was a CNN report about protest over university fees in London in 2010.

The Parliament want to cut the budget deficit but because of the cost, some students won’t be able to go to school anymore. After studying hard in the eve,ing it may be rude to wake up early in the morning but at the end it’s worthwhile being graduated because it opens wider perspectives in terms of professional career. It’s a pity to leave school early because it’s proved that it’s much easier to get a good job with a college degree than without, with a better income. So you can afford a much more comfortable life.

Finaly, students choose to pursue her study at university to get a job in the future, to be more educated, to have more choices fir her personal futur, to have diplomas and skills, to be a good citizen.

More degree you have, the better job you will get and the more many you will make.

At the end, I would like to say that making studies is very difficult and not everyone can support the pressure. I think that it’s a choice: it’s not adapt at everyone. Personally, going to university is the baddest solution for my futur.
