For today, I am responsible for describing and analyzing two KFC ads.

This document is an advertisement for the famous American fast-food brand called «KFC». It was created in 2012 by Mohamed Nabarawy, for the launch of the new campaign.

Let’s start by describing this one.

The scene takes place in a kitchen, which is equipped with a work surface with various foods, such as tomatoes, salads, onions and spices. In the foreground, we can see the muse of KFC, which represents the creator of this one, it is Harland David Sanders, better known as «Colonel Sanders». On any ads, Colonel Sanders is always dressed in a white suit with a black bow tie as well as Rayban glasses, on this ad, he is wearing in addition a white apron. We can see that this man looks happy and full, plus he makes a sign of satisfaction with his hand.

The «colonel sanders» holds in his hands a bucket of hot chicken, this one is a famous product at KFC and love all over the world.

At the top of the ad, we see a red slogan that says “Think inside the bucket”, which means “think inside the bucket”. I think the slogan is that once you eat a bucket of chicken, you think better, so your ideas will be a little clearer. This one will allow to mark the minds at the end that we more easily retain KFC. Next to Colonel Sanders, we can see a list of indications regarding the cooking method used to make the wings of chickens present in the buckets.

Thanks to this advertisement, we learn that chicken wings are 100% halal, they are real chicken breast freshly prepared with secret spices.

And finally, at the bottom left of the ad, we can see the logo of KFC as well as the inscription «so good» which means that this fast-food chain is really good.

We conclude, that this pub is an informative pub, indeed it has the function of delivering to customers an information (such as cooking techniques or making known simply the fast-food chain). It will therefore encourage consumers to take action, that is, to go to KFC fast foods and consume.

Let’s begin by describing this ad:

The scene takes place on a work surface, we can see that it is dirty and damaged by the blows. In the foreground ad, we can see a KFC burger (made of cheese, bacon and chicken) placed on two white and yellow towels. On this one, we can see that the face of the ruse of KFC is represented there. Indeed, it is Harland David Sanders, better known as “Colonel Sanders”. This one is dressed in glasses and a black bow tie, as on every advertisement, it is very smiling. To the left of the advertisement, we can see 3 slices of bacon laying on a baking sheet, then to the right there is a cup filled with cola, besides the edges of it are dirty.

Above the cup, we can see a small ramekin containing sauce and a spoon dipped in it. In the background, we can see a slogan saying “try one before you tour vegan”. In my opinion, this slogan
