MRS PONTDEMÉ:

I call you to discuss about the companies’ situation. In fact, we want to improve the organization of the administrative department.  Also, I would like the best relationships between the team-workers. I asked you to suggest me some propositions. Had you got enough times to work on this subject?

MRS LUSSOT:

Of course. Following your request I worked on this and I find some ideas. Can I tell you what they are?

MRS PONTDEMÉ:

MR LUSSOT:

I suggest a survey to make fill by every employee.

To propose them activities which would please them.

Would it be possible to book an annual budget for theses activities?

MRS PONTDEMÉ:

Good Idea.

I would like that we involve much more the employees.

I want them to feel that they are listened.

Very Well. I wait for your estimation for the organization of this week-end.
