Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Manager to join our Global

Brand Marketing team. The Event Manager will be responsible for the planning,

execution, and management of a wide range of events, from large-scale global product

launches and brand campaigns to intimate athlete engagements and community

activations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a

keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences that

resonate with our consumers and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Event Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event

strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives. Define event goals,

target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

End-to-End Event Management: Oversee all aspects of event production,

including but not limited to: venue sourcing and negotiation, vendor management

(catering, AV, production, staffing), budget development and tracking, logistics

coordination (travel, accommodation, shipping), and on-site event execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including

Brand Marketing, Product Management, Communications, Digital, Retail, and

Sports Marketing, to ensure seamless integration and execution of event

components.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring

all projects are delivered within scope and on budget. Track expenses, process

invoices, and provide regular financial reporting.

Vendor and Agency Management: Identify, select, and manage relationships with

external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables and

cost-effectiveness.

Risk Management and Compliance: Develop and implement risk assessment and

mitigation plans for all events. Ensure all events comply with legal, health, safety,

and brand guidelines.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with

all stakeholders, providing regular updates on event progress, challenges, and

outcomes.

Post-Event Analysis: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, including

attendee feedback, KPI measurement, and ROI analysis. Provide detailed reports

and recommendations
