Automation ensures acceleration and more precision in the processing of information. It also enables a faster and more secure information flow. In addition, it provides a more organized and more structured data, which facilitates decision-making and makes them more efficient.

In the purpose to adopt this policy in the urgent assistant medical center (CAMU), the computer department has launched a group of graduation project for the establishment of a portal Internet/Intranet at CAMU whose components are as follows:

 A medical record management.

 Application for control department in the emergency medical service.

 Inventory management

 Project of VoIP for SAMU via Asterisk

 Etc…

In the framework of this project, I’m meant to develop an application of managing mails for the registry.

Through this report, we will detail the steps to carry out this project. We begin by presenting the specification document associated with the project we are treating. Then, we will be exhibiting our conceptual study. Finally, we'll discuss the development phase of the application justifying the different technical and technological choices that we had to do.

 The first chapter deals with the host company and gives a brief description to the project.

 The second chapter offers a detailed study of the state of art and the functional and nonfunctional requirements.

 The third chapter concerns the study of the scope and presents the architecture used on UML language; it provides the explanation of most use cases, class and sequence diagrams.

 The fourth chapter is devoted to the detailed specification of the application that will eventually be developed based on screenshots.
