Ireland integrated the European Union in the seventy’s. In the eighty’s until 2007 it known an important increase due to the deregulation. In 2008 it was touch seriously by a stock market bubble and by the financial crises. Nowadays this country is not in a good health, it unemployed rate is around 14%.

Migration - This country is mark by the migration, in fact in the 18th century population decided to move on America in order to escape to the famine. So today, the situation is different but the population could move on another country in order to found a job easily and to escape the unemployment. For example the migration rate in 2000 is around 33%. Since 2008 we assist to the contrary phenomenon, in fact with the European Union expansion the Polish migrate toward Ireland. It’s for this reason that the population keep to grow up. That permits to balance the population and these to population have a good cohabitation.

I.III Ireland Culture

Food and habits – Irish accord an important place to the religion in their life, in fact 93% of them proclaim an affiliation. The culture food is based on the crops grown, they also consume a lot of potato since the sixty’s but that not permit to face the famine. So today Irish take care about their product and about the food. But Irish doesn’t care about the quality of the food and prefer pay less for something like fast-food than pay more for health food. Their food is convivial, warm and especially very simple. They like immortalizing the recipes of them ancestors because they are very attached to their history. The beer is their specialty, it possess a charm and an authenticity which we find nowhere else. The most famous brand of the country is the Guinness; it represents all the pride of this country.

Friendly and welcoming – They like eating in small restaurant which are not very expensive. They often eat fat food but rather good and refined contrary to the classic sandwich. They like to share their meal with friends and drink a good beer. The symbolic symbol of this philosophy is the the Saint Patrick's Day.

I.IV Ireland Market

The distribution and the functioning of the market had to adapt itself to the fast evolution of the environment of the country. Indeed as in most of the countries of the Union, suburbs and outskirts of big cities set of more and more importance. In fact more and more small retailers join with wholesalers to serve these places. We also note a sharp rise in the self-service for every type of the good.

Were a member of the European Union, Ireland has to respect the various laws of economic cooperation. It is important to take into account them to understand well the functioning of the country, but also to anticipate our strategy. Ireland is a very well served country. It possesses airports, railroads, roads, but not enough highways.

I.V The Irish tax system

To finish, the enormous key point of this country is its tax system. Indeed, the tax rate on companies is twice less raised to it than the European average. Moreover the workforce is qualified and the country assures a protection for investor.

Unfortunately today with the crisis the country does not go any more as well, but the setting-up remains possible.
