Law Of Attraction

Welcome. Go ahead and settle yourself into a nice and comfortable position. Sitting tall and upright, with your spine lengthened. Rest your hands in your lap. And wherever you may be seated, gently close your eyes and begin to bring your awareness within.

Taking a long, deep breath in through the nose, and a long, deep breath out through the mouth. Feeling every sensation of your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out. Letting go of all worry and tension. Letting go of all your anxieties. Releasing everything that does not serve you any longer. Feeling all the subtle vibrations happening all over your body as you sink deeper into your relaxation.

The concept of like attracts like is the basic premise of the law of attraction. Where your focus goes, energy flows. It is a process of shifting your energy towards the things that you do want, instead of things that you do not. And you can change your reality by changing your focus. You can attract good things in your life when you have positive thoughts. The reverse is also true. Negative thoughts can attract things that you do not want. You send out positive energy when you feel happy or loved. You send out negative energy when you feel stressed, anxious, or bored. So whatever energy that you create, you will attract the same frequencies back to you.

The law of attraction gives you more of what you pay attention to, put your energy and focus on. And the key to manifesting your desires is belief. If you desire to manifest something into your life, regardless of what it is, begin vibrating at a level that is congruent with your desired reality. When you imagine this new desire in your life, imagine it fully with each of your five senses. Imagine what this new desire looks like, smells, sounds, feels and tastes if it is relevant. Act as if you already have it. Take moments out of your day to re-experience what the sights and feelings are after you have been granted your desire. Experience it as vividly as you can.

Now, bring to mind something that you would like to manifest in your life. Visualise it in the brightest, most colourful, exciting, and joy-filled way.

And as you keep this image in your mind, begin to cultivate the feeling of receiving your desire. Act as if you have already achieved your desire. Notice how happy you are and feel the positive emotions running through your body. Visualise yourself celebrating the success of receiving your desire. See what changes happen in your life after your dream comes true. Know that all your wishes are taken care of. You will receive it.

And as you feel that what you are experiencing is powerful and real, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine energising everything you have with this image in your mind.

And now, repeat the following affirmations quietly to yourself out loud or in your mind,

‘’I am the creator of my destiny. What I desire comes to me. What I feel attracts me.

I am positive, passionate, and successful.

What I visualise unfolds to me.

I am grateful for living the life of my dreams.’’

As this practice comes to an end, gently begin to bring your awareness back to your body. Letting go of any control of the breath. Perhaps wiggle your body, from side to side, your toes, and your fingers. making small movements in small places, moving onto larger ones. Gently begin to stretch in any way that feels right to you. Slowly bring yourself back to the room you are in, there is no rush. Allow this calmness and peace to remain with you when you move. Congratulate yourself on having taken the time to nourish your body and your mind in this way. Allow your breath to be a source of constant strength and energy for you, a source of balance and well-being. Approach everything you do with the mindset that you have already achieved the expected outcome and now you are waiting for the Universe to bring it forth. The Law of Attraction grants you the option to use the most powerful tool in the Universe and that is your mind.
