Equality in the dictionary will result in the similar relationship between individuals or even between different objects or not, but in my opinion, equality is the system established not so long ago by our ancestors in some countries, such as the United States or France, which consisted of being equal in rights and duties, whatever its origins, social group, skin color or ethnicity. For human equality is to be treated in the same way as another person without taking part and with the same dignity. There are various forms of equality like moral equality about respect, freedom: This is the most important form of equality. Then social equality consists in equalizing the means or conditions of existence, and many others forms. I am going to talk about the limits of equality and in a second part the solution to deal with it.

First, inequalities affect billions of people around the world, and in particular 1.3 billion, but first we will talk about women injustice. In fact, of these billions of poor people, 70% are women. Indeed, it’s particularly because of men, women’s wages are much lower than men’s still today while most women work more than men for example, the women produce half of the world’s food and they work two-thirds of the world’s working hours. Isn't it unfair? Moreover, this inequality is found in inaccessibility of education among the least developed countries, indeed, of all the people who cannot read or write the majority are women because in some country it’s 75% of illiterate children are girls. But more than that, it is hundreds of millions adult’s women who are illiterate around the world so the accessibility of primary school is primordial for access to a more promising future.

Then, in ethnic groups there is no equality either. Today we can see that annual earnings are defined more or less according to their ethnic group for example, in USA it’s Asians and Whites who earn the most, obviously, Asian world market is in expansion witch would explain that they have the most annual median income (nearly 70.000 dollars). Followed by White (approximately 60.000 dollars), who represented the major part of population (the first world power in 2009). Then Hispanics who take an important place in the world of work but stay in a category that will never earn more than the other two (Asian and White). At last the most blatant is the place of Blacks. Sure slavery is abolished but there stay some forms of racism against Blacks like their income which is lower than Asian, indeed Blacks earned less than half the income of them, White and Hispanics just because the colors of their skin is black. This is a form of inequality between ethnic groups and different religious affiliations.

Finally, I will talk about social group and the influence of education which also unequal. Actually, at the 21st more you have diploma, more you earn money and level of education you much reach in order to earn more than the average American it’s a Ph.D. for a median annual income of 95.000 dollars namely, a Ph.D. is seven years of graduate studies whereas someone without diploma earn just 18.000 dollars annually less than one-fifth of a PhD. One more time, not everyone can afford to study so if we follow this logic the poorest of this world can only remain poor because access to education is expensive for example in USA. Otherwise if all children have an equal access to education, the income per inhabitant would increase by 23% over the next 40 years. According to our social group we are classified in a category which imposes a limit on your income.
