Rapport de stage “Sous Mon Toit”

A/ Work placement context

My name is Salomé Damas. I am twenty years old. I am following a two years course to become a management assistant. During my studies, I have to perform a twelve weeks internship, six weeks in the first year and six weeks in the second year. My internship was easy to find because it is hard to find an internship.

B/ The Company

The name of the company I did my internship with is Sous Mon Toit. The company is located in Chartres

It is a small company. The company is specialized in the human service. Its customers are private individuals. But The Company has no suppliers because it is of the service. There are four employees and the reponsable and the boss.  This is the organisation chart of the company:

The average age is between 30 years old to 40 years old. All the contracts are permanent contracts.  The market is a local market.  The customer catchment area is all the department of Eure et Loir.

C/ My job:

Every morning, I did:

• Recording invoices
• Cost estimate.
• Update the schedule.
•  Receive phone calls

 And I made by the prospecting with the people in the street. Rarely I was in charge of the recruitment with my tutor.

The task I liked best was answering the phone .The task I did most often was registering invoices, cost estimates.

D) Internship conditions

I worked from Monday to Friday. Every day I worked from 9 to 12 and 13 to 17h. The hours were convenient; I was in my tutor’s office Rachel Yvon there are a computer, a copying machine with a printer and a scanner and, a water fountain and a coffee machine at my disposal

E) Personal thought:

I really loved my internship because my tutor and employees were very kind with me and they really helped me. I thought my internship was very enriching and interesting. I learned a lot of things about activities of the company. After the exams, I do not know yet.
