Preface

The National School of Commerce and Management CASABLANCA, established in 2007, is a top school that provides marketing training, foreign trade, audit, management accounting and financial management.

It prepares students to achieve a major role in businesses and access to key positions in the highest companies.  The school has a strong training potential and professional support through an academic and administrative staff very competent.
It has the support of business partners that helps students creating direct contact with many companies which contributes to develop their skills and knowledge. Thus, it is distinguished by the diversity of the subjects taught and activities organized in the school. The educational strategy of the school's teachers is based on: case studies, presentations, research reports, analysis and synthesis.

This report documents the work supervised by M.GASSEMI Karim and done by a group of 11 students in the fourth year of National School of Business and Management of Casablanca.

It gives a clear study of Human resources Management department of Renault-Somanca Morocco, and it specially present the result of two interviews elaborated with Mrs. Fatimazahra AZZAOUI; the responsible HR of Renault Somaca Casablanca and Mr. DHIROUSSI Head of Shared Service Center at the HR department.

We have tried our best to do a clear and correct report. We hope that we succeed in our attempt.

                  This study is based on the interview with Mrs. Fatimazahra AZZAOUI and Mr. DHIROUSSI to whom we wish to express our deep gratitude. They had the kindness to accept to meet us in their office and guide us me through an interview

They took the time to answer all our questions. Moreover, they kindly shared with us their experience and gave us many advice, which allowed us, to finish this work and to have a clearer vision of the department of human resources Management. We would like also to thanks our teacher Mr.Karim Gassemi, for giving us the opportunity to do the interview within Renault-Somaca(Morocco),and for his quality of teaching.
