Applicant: Hello, my name is .... .... I'm here for the job interview.

Employer: Hello, my name is ... ... I will be conducting this interview, sit down please. Before we start, I will explain the sequence of our interview. First, I'll introduce our company and then I will ask you some informations including your professional experience as well as the study skills that you have acquired so far. Finally, you can ask me about employment conditions for this job.

Employer: Tell me about you and why you are prompted to respond to this job classification?

Applicant: My name is Clara Brient, I'm 17 years old.

From 2007 to 2011 I studied in college to prepare my Brevet des colleges the equivalent of British GCSEs

From 2011 to present I am in XXX and preparing the baccalaureat the equivalent of british A level specializing in science with mathematics, physical chemistry and biology.

I already have the professional experience because during the summer I was working one week for a mobile phone operator and informing customers, answering the phone, sending e-mails to prospective customers.

Beside, I also made babysitting one month, and it was a good experience because I learned to be independent.

Employer :What are your strengths?

I think my greatest strenghts are mainly my patience, my originality and my honesty and I am a person responsible and hardworking.

I always try to give the best of myself and even when it is difficult, I try to adapt to different situations.

Employer : What are your weakest points?

I think my shyness can be a weak point but I'm trying to overcome it. I am also a bit disorganized but I’m looking for solutions. And my perfectionism is too significant and I have some trouble to control it.

Employer : What motivates you to work with us?

I am interested in your company and I like the way you work and I think it is a good professional experience and that will bring me new skill for my future professional life.

Employer : Why should we hire you?

Employer: What are the three most important things to you in your job?

Applicant: I think the job should be interesting, diverse and well paid.

Employer: Which is more important to you, the money or the type of job?

Applicant: I think a good job must to please us, but the salary must still be acceptable

Employer : I see on your cv that you have learned English at school, how long have you been learning English ?

It's true I have learned English since 2007 but English is not my strongest point.
