Legislative Procedure or "Legislative Process".It begins with the tabling of a text with a legislative vocation.This is a government bill or a private bill of the member.The text is presented to one of the House of the parliament.The text is examined by a committee of lords and MPs. Following this review, the committee member will vote for or against the project. Mps and Lords can introduce an amendment. They will continue to vote each time they have a debate or a proposed amendment until they have a law. If members of the committee vote against the bill, the bill is subscribed. When the project is validated by both chambers, it is maintained, the two chambers must agree on the terms. If both chambers are not in agreement with the bill, the final decision goes to the house of commons. If both houses have agreed on the bill, the bill becomes a law and take the royal assent as soon as it is sent to the sovereign and valid. This law becomes the law of the land.
