Vendeur : Welcome, thanks for being here. Did you have a good trip Mr Nashita ?

Nashita : Yes, thanks for inviting me. Here is my visit card

Vendeur : Have a sit please. Do you want to drink something ?

Vendeur : We are specialized in armored /PVC and wooden doors. We are looking for a partner to develop our products in Asia. So, can you tell me what do you expect from our company and what what are you needs ?

Nashita : We are looking for new materials such as your armored doors.

Vendeur : Right, for which kind of client/customers ?

Nashita : We are selling to private customers such as architects.

Veudeur : Right, have you got a warehouse

Nashita : Of course, we have a warehouse to stock the goods, as well as a showroom in Tokyo to display your products and we have display capacity of 600 m2 (square meters)

Vendeur : Great, how many armored doors do you needs ?

Nashita : to begin with, we can order 300 doors

Vendeur : Ok, so do you have skilled technicians to deal with the goods

Nashita : Absolutely

Vendeur : Now, we are going to choose the model that/which is the most satisfying for you. Which colours and forms could suit you ?

Nashita : What are your propositions ?

Vendeur : I’ll show you. You could have this type of armored door, but we have a larger panel of choices. The classic one which is easier to maintain and the modern one for more security

Nashita :Indeed, our clients are specifically interested high security doors. The modern one seems to be exactly what I am looking for. Can you tell me what are the materials the doors is made of ?

Vendeur : Our doors are tested in Labs to measure their burglary (effraction) resistance. We have obstained a two level ranking and today our doors are internationally renowned (reconnu).

Nashita : And what about security ?

Vendeur : The doors are composed of seven lockers and ensure high level of quality in terms of security.

Nashita : Great ! This is exactly what I desire.

Vendeur : Let me propose you our offer consisting in a discount of 2% on 300 doors ordered

Nashita : This offer seems to be interesting

Vendeur : Great, if you are interest, I’d like to discuss with the details of the offer. So, we have several options concerning the delivery. We can propose you a CIF Tokyo or a FOB Anvers.

Nashita : A CIF Tokyo would be better. Could you inform me about the delivery details ?

Vendeur : We often ship the goods two weeks after the order. On the basic of the discount of 2% on the 300 doors, the cost of the goods would be 260 000E as for the cost of the shipment it would be 7000 e
