A)
1. The owner of Easyjet, Sir Stelios, is so irate because the Ryan Air boss, Mr O'Leary published an advertising campaign about him. This advertising campaign was about Sir Stelios, describing him as the liar Pinocchio and lying concerning the punctuality of Easyjet.
2. To defend himself, the owner of Easyjet decided to sue the Ryan Air boss for libel and commenced High Court proceedings instead.
3. He described the owner of Ryan Air as "A despicable behaviour"
4. From the letter sent by Easy Jet owner’s lawyers, Ryan Air boss reacted by proposing a physical contest. Sir Stelios who refused.

Object : Complaint concerning defamation
Dear Michael O'Leary,
Following the libellous advertising campaign that you launched against Easyjet concerning the owner Sir Stelios and lies about the punctuality of the company, I have the regret to inform you that a procedure is engaged against you for defamatory. We commenced High Court proceeding. I am waiting for your lawyer's contact to send you the documents which will be used at the trial. I would like to inform you that, from now, each proof will be used and each provocation will be considering by a judge. We will, of course, ask for substantial damages and public excuse.
