Meat : Connemara lamb. He look like the Mont-St-Michel lamb which we have in France. There salt meat.
Irish breakfast : The traditional Irish breakfast usually consists of sausages, one or two slices of bacon, beans in tomato sauce (not always), half a tomato rose to the pan and one or two eggs .
